This is a Solution based story about challenges most women and girls in Sub-Saharan Africa go through when trekking long kilometers in search of the precious commodity water, and what simple Solutions could be. Case studies from remote areas of Kamtonga and Kishushe Villages among others, in Taita Taveta County, Kenya, depict vividly the despicable acts women and girls undergo while running the water errand. Mostly, women and girls would encounter rape, harassments and other unpleasant acts at the same time they miss education, time to work and above all loose their dignity.
